Levelling Data Editor
The lower tables contains observations belonging to the current section in the upper table.
Levelling Data Editor is designed to edit and cumulate field data, coming from the levelling data collectors (Leica) 
for the subsequent least square adjustment.
Besides this main function, the Levelling Data Editor does the following:
- Checking up up data according to the rules and tolerances of the geometric and trigonometric levelling,
- Calculating height diferences sums in the section, section length, shoulder differences sums in the sections
- Entering corrections into the reading for rods comparation, temperature and pressure.
- Calculating elevations differences of the same sections in the direct and reverse run
- Printsdiagnostic reports
